Our commitment is to SUPPORT those affected by cancer, SUSTAIN HOUSING, and PREVENT FINANCIAL DEVASTATION. We become ADVOCATES through all stages of our clients’ illness, offering comprehensive case management and financial assistance. Breathe, Inc. is dedicated to REMOVING BARRIERS, ensuring our clients can access vital support while PROTECTING them from unnecessary burdens.

For Cancer Patients in Need of Support
Breathe, Inc. was founded by two oncology social workers in rural Wisconsin. We were weary of providing suboptimal assistance and resources for cancer patients and knew that we could do better. Our healthcare facilities could do better, and our patients deserved more. With unwavering determination, Breathe, Inc. came into existence, fueled by our commitment.
In simple terms, we think innovatively and break free from limitations. We don’t confine ourselves to specific cancer types or geographical boundaries. With over 44 years of combined expertise in clinical social work, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient settings, we possess the knowledge of specific cancers, crisis intervention skills, and healthcare navigation capabilities. This enables us to anticipate the challenges our clients will face, providing them with the financial and emotional relief necessary to concentrate on their treatment and quality of life.
In August 2022, we became a part of the Southern Wisconsin coalition. We understand the emotional, physical, and financial burdens that cancer imposes, and our mission is to alleviate these stressors for our clients. At Breathe, Inc., we believe in open and honest conversations about cancer, and we’re here to journey alongside you, offering support every step of the way.
