Dr. Kevin R. Kozak is a radiation oncologist in Janesville, Wisconsin. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, TN, and served his residency at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Residency Program, Boston. He is a Navy Veteran and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
